How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the United States is guaranteed within 3-5 business days depending on the delivery package you choose.
We also do offer international shipping which is guaranteed with 7-10 business days.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
At CapUp, we deeply value your privacy. All our shipments are thoughtfully packaged in plain cardboard boxes to safeguard the confidentiality of your order, without any references to glass pipes or smokeware. Rest assured, our shipping labels are discreet, free from any indication of Capup branding.
Please be aware that your credit card statement will display “Cap Up Brand” as the transaction identifier. This is something that cannot be altered, and we apologize for any potential inconvenience.
How fast does my order ship?
All orders placed before noon PST ship out the same day, Monday – Saturday.
Orders placed after noon ship the following business day.
The order tracking link will be sent via email once the carrier processes your order.
What if my item breaks during shipping?
If you receive a faulty or defective item, We will replace it at no cost. Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and item(s). We’ll take care of the rest.
Please don’t throw anything away until you speak to our specialist; we might need the package back! If you’re asked to ship a package back, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. Learn more about our return policy using the link below.
